Thank you for your question. There is absolutely no cost to list/sell ice through EZIceslots. The buyer is responsible for paying a finders fee at the conclusion of the transaction, but the seller is not tied to any fees.
This does happen from time to time. Our database features every arena in Ontario. It is very rare that an arena is not included. The first thing to try, is to look under the proper name of the rink versus the commonly known name. For Example, Rinx will not be found under "R" but will be found under "T" because it is actually titled "The" Rinx. Always check "The" when not able to find a rink. Another common series of rinx that is not found are the Ice Sports Rinks (E.g. Etobicoke, Scarborough).
EZIce Credits are equivalent to the dollar value of ice you have sold. For example, if you sell a slot for $250, you would have 250 EZice Credits appear in your account. This is your personal EZIce bank account. Use these to purchase further ice, or let them build up until you decide to cash them out. Once "cashout credits" is selectedfrom the member tools section, the EZIce team will send you a cheque and reset your EZIce Credits to zero.
